At our Environment Forums, which are day events, we are joined by guest speakers, who will address current environment issues and solutions – exploring in detail the debate surrounding them and the various measures. The Estate will also contribute in way of illustrating how we have been able to instigate measures on the ground, what the challenges have been, what best practice has been learnt along the way.
The day includes a trip into the Estate to visit our various ongoing projects along with “hands on” opportunities to take part and assess impact. Running alongside this will be networking opportunities for attendees, and we will chair discussion sessions for group contribution. Attendees will also receive our biannual “Swinton Life” progress report.
Topics and content vary with the seasons over the course of the year, but our sample day programmes are set out below by way of example.
